MASLAHAH DALAM PENETAPAN HARGA BARANG

This study discusses the issue of pricing of goods or the controlled goods price based on maslahah. Basically, the pricing of a product is the right of seller, but the government can intervene if there are particular interests. In other words, individual ownership is recognized by Islam as long as it is in line with the spirit of Shariah and does not put aside the public interest.
