Abstract :
Objective: This study was carried out descriptively to determine perceptions of organizational climate of manager nurses and nurses. Methods: It was used information form including introductory characteristics and Organizational Climate Descriptive Questionnaire (OCDQ) as tool of collecting data in the study whıch included 107 manager nurses and 500 nurses total 607 persons. Results: In the result of evaluation Organizational Climate approach average points of manager nurses and nurses were established a score of (2.32±0.24) and (2.29±0.23) respectively, which was determined as medicare. It was determined that frustration (2.36±0.40) and overlooking (2.42±0.36) points of nurses were higher than those of nurse managers and moral (2.39±0.46) and closely control (2.61±0.47) and indulgence (2.62±0.55) points of nurse managers were higher than those of nurses, with a highly significant statistical significance.It was determined a relationship between perceptions of organizational climate of manager nurses and nurses and years of age, educational situation and experience time with a significant statistical significance. Conclusion: Consequently, it is necessary that it must be created an organizational environment in which manager nurses and nurses feel themselves happy and safe.
