Abstract :
The greatest contribution of Ayşe Rüçhan Tüzün who is the one of our nursing leaderswas the launching of the Higher Education Program in Nursing in Turkey. She has madeextraordinary efforts for her ideals to be real. She has made an important contibution toour profession by addressing “Nursing Process System-Planned Care, Holistic HumanisticApproach Model” for the first time in our country. She is the founder of the Department ofNursing Fundamentals. Rüçhan Tüzün’s contributions to the profession will always shed lighton us to protect and improve contemporary nursing in our country.
