Abstract :
Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) based modeling approach has been implemented to develop models of the hormonal effects of Glucagon-like Peptide-2 (GLP-2) on the Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) and Blood Volume (BV) of rats. Two different models of ANFIS have been trained, validated and tested by using the clinical data. The models represent the effects of GLP-2 on BV and MAP of rats. Simulation based analysis showed that all of the designed ANFIS based models have sufficient performance in order to represent the hormonal effects of GLP-2 on BV and MAP.
