KEBARANGKALIAN SECARA AUTOMATIK DALAM ALKHWARIZMI BAYES UNTUK APLIKASI AGEN BUALAN

Conversational agent is an application that can be used to obtain information using natural language processing. This study proposes Bayes algorithm using probability value generated automatically to interpret user requirement. User dialogue involves ambiguous meaning and sometimes occur an incomplete information.Bayes algorithm is applied to conversational agent to investigate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Conversational agents produced are using Malay environment as an interaction language. In addition, the conversational agents are able to analyze user need without having a complete input. It is achievable based on the analysis and updated probability value used in the calculation of Bayes algorithm.
