Abstract :
The application of sulfur as a pesticide is a strategy in plant protection, but in addition to their many benefits for pest control, pesticides may affect crop characteristics. In this study, movento (0.5 L/1000 L), confidor (0.4 L/1000 L), and refinery micronized (R) and mineral (M) sulfur (30 and 60 kg/1000 L in water) were sprayed on pistachio trees of the cultivar ‘Ahmadaghaei’ twice (in middle May and after 50 days) for controlling the psylla. Pistachios were harvested in late September and stored at 4 °C for 25 and 50 days. The effect of pesticides on hulls and kernels was then evaluated. Weight of pistachios, phenolic content of kernel, and chlorophyll and carotenoid contents of hull and kernel declined over time, while phenolic content of hull displayed an increasing trend. DPPH scavenging capacity of hull and kernel remained stable over time. Refinery micronized sulfur at both concentrations caused a higher weight loss on day 25 but it was similar to control after 50 days. It caused higher chlorophyll and lower carotenoid of hull and kernel. Mineral sulfur at both concentrations caused higher chlorophyll content of hulls. All sulfur treatments reduced the antioxidant activity of the hull and kernel, while elevating the hull phenolic content. Movento and Confidor pesticides stimulated loss of weight. Although the chemical pesticides and sulfur cannot easily penetrate the kernel, the physiological status of the hull and the whole plant may influence the kernels and the yield.

اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان آﻓﺖﮐﺶ ﯾﮏ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي در ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺖ از ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن اﺳﺖ، وﻟﯽ آﻓﺖﮐﺶﻫﺎ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﻣﺰاﯾﺎي ﻓﺮاوان ﺑﺮاي ﮐﻨﺘﺮل آﻓﺎت، ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﺮ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﮕﺬارﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﻣﻮﻧﺘﻮ )0/5 ﻟﯿﺘﺮ در 1000 ﻟﯿﺘﺮ(، ﮐﻮﻧﻔﯿﺪور )0/4 ﻟﯿﺘﺮ در ﻫﺰار ﻟﯿﺘﺮ( و ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻧﯿﺰه و ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ )30 و 60 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در 1000 ﻟﯿﺘﺮ آب( روي درﺧﺘﺎن ﭘﺴﺘﻪ رﻗﻢ اﺣﻤﺪآﻗﺎﯾﯽ دوﺑﺎر )در اواﺧﺮ اردﯾﺒﻬﺸﺖ و 50 روز ﺑﻌﺪ از آن( ﺑﺮاي ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﭘﺴﯿﻞ ﭘﺎﺷﯿﺪه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺴﺘﻪﻫﺎ در اواﯾﻞ ﻣﻬﺮﻣﺎه ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و در دﻣﺎي 4 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽﮔﺮاد ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 25 و 50 روز ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﻤﻮم ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﭘﻮﺳﺖ و ﻣﻐﺰ ذﺧﯿﺮه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. وزن ﭘﺴﺘﻪﻫﺎ، ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻓﻨﻮﻟﯽ ﻣﻐﺰ، و ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ و ﮐﺎروﺗﻨﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﭘﻮﺳﺖ و ﻣﻐﺰ در ﻃﯽ زﻣﺎن ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻨﺪ، در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻓﻨﻮﻟﯽ ﭘﻮﺳﺖ روﻧﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺸﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ رادﯾﮑﺎلزداﯾﯽ )رادﯾﮑﺎل DPPH( ﭘﻮﺳﺖ و ﻣﻐﺰ در ﻃﯽ زﻣﺎن ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﻣﺎﻧﺪ. ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻧﯿﺰه در ﻫﺮ دو ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ وزن را در روز 25ام ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺮد، وﻟﯽ ﺑﻌﺪ از 50 روز ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﮔﻮﮔﺮد، ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ و ﮐﺎروﺗﻨﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮي در ﭘﻮﺳﺖ و ﻣﻐﺰ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ در ﻫﺮ دو ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﻘﺪار ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي در ﭘﻮﺳﺖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﻫﻤﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ رادﯾﮑﺎلزداﯾﯽ ﭘﻮﺳﺖ و ﻣﻐﺰ را ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دادﻧﺪ، در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻓﻨﻮﻟﯽ ﭘﻮﺳﺖ را ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺮدﻧﺪ. آﻓﺖﮐﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﻧﺘﻮ و ﮐﻮﻧﻔﯿﺪور ﮐﺎﻫﺶ وزن را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ دادﻧﺪ. ﮔﺮﭼﻪ آﻓﺖﮐﺶﻫﺎي ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ و ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﻧﻤﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ آﺳﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻐﺰ ﻧﻔﻮذ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ، وﻟﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﭘﻮﺳﺖ و ﮐﻞ ﮔﯿﺎه ﻣﻤﮑﻦ اﺳﺖ روي ﻣﻐﺰ و ﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
