Abstract :
Soft tissue sarcomas are rare but aggressive tumor behavior. There are many histological subtypes. Often, it is seen in the extremity and retroperitoneal regions. Surgical treatment is important to maintain function. Generally, radiotherapy after surgery is important. Compartment of the tumor by surgery and radiotherapy are treated. Fibrosis is the most common side effects. Current local treatment for soft tissue sarcomas are discussed in this review.
