Abstract :
Based on creativity, innovation and individual ability, creative industries that create jobs within the framework of intellectual property were initially taken up mainly in the field of economy. However, technological developments and increasing inter-sectoral permeability have led to the study of different disciplines such as public administration, communication and art. The aim of this work is primarily to draw a conceptual framework by examining the literature on the concept of creative industries. In this context, concepts such as creative economy, creative class, creative cluster, creative industry and the future vision of creative industries are covered in the context of today s technology, starting with creativity and innovativeness, together with the historical development of creative industries starting with culture industries.
