Abstract :
A new method for the synthesis of pyrimido[4,5-d]Jpyrimidine-dione derivatives by one-potthree-component condensation reaction between 6-amino-3-methyl-2-(methylthio)pyrimidin4(3H)-one, aldehyde and urea under microwave irradiation has been reported.
