World War II National Planning: A Comparative Analysis of the 1946 Urgent Industrial Plan and 1947 Economic Development Plan in Turkish Economy

Economic development plans and their applications have played an important role in Turkish Economy since the foundation of the Republic. The main subject of this study is to investigate the 1946 Urgent Industrial Plan and 1947 Economic Development Plan which was put into the application in the shifting era of planningperceptiveness, and in this context to analyse the changing dynamics of the planning perceptiveness by considering their reasons.
