The Relation of Naskh and Nas in The Context of 106th Verse of Al-Baqarah Surah

The 106th verse of Baqarah surah, that is maybe the first verses for naskh theory in the Usul/methodology, has undertaken a paternal role about the existence of naskh and, the formulation of naskh’s kinds and its form of realization. This article has dealt with the naskh and nas’ as two basic concepts in the context of different mutawater readings of Quran/Qraah. The article disregards that the discussion about there is naskh in Quran or not as a popular theme by the side of interpreters/Mufassers of Quran. Despite of that, the article evaluates this issue in the frame of the data of Usul/methodology and aims to indicate that there is a distinction between naskh and nas’. Therefore, it aims to some determinations about isolating elements, which are evaluated under the nas’ concepts, from naskh.
