Abstract :
It is a rare syndrome first described by da-silva in 1988. The syndrome is characterized by microcephaly which is a very frequent sign, preauricular tags, recurrent infections, short stature, moderate to severe mental retardation with hypertonia, spasticity, delayed bone age, difficulties in feeding in infancy, failure to thrive, and very thin build.
