Abstract :
External optical feedback effects on quantum dot (QD) lasers are reported. The two vital control parameters appear to be the level of feedback and the delay time. Both parameters enhances various kind dynamical behaviors range from stable to chaotic one. Field, intensity, occupation probability of dot and carrier density are all suffered in different manners as a result of delay.
