Abstract :
As in many countries, it is possible to benefit from justice services in Turkish judicial system by making payments that are litigation fees and expenses. However, payments should not be too high. Otherwise, access to justice beco-mes difficult and the principle of the state of law and social state are damaged. These payments should be in the form of contribution. It should be noted that the amount of litigation fees and expenses is just as important as the correct calculation. Difficulties in calculating fees and expenses differ from case to case. Due to the fact that all requests are principal in case aggregation, it is easier to determine fees and expenses, while it is more difficult in alternative pleading or alternative cases. In this study, the hesitations regarding the calculation of liti-gation fees and expenses in the alternative pleading cases and how to eliminate these will be emphasized.
