Abstract :
Resolution of disputes through the arbitrator is a method that occurs before the establishment of legal systems. There are many benefits to resolving some disputes through the arbitrator, such as alleviating the burden of the judiciary. National arbitration in Turkey, was placed Civil Procedure Law between 407-444 articles. When the articles regulating the issue of arbitration are examined, there is no regulation preventing the use of different legal rules in there solution of the dispute.Islamic law is a self-contained legal system that contains provisions in every field of law, has existed in the world history for 1400 years and has been accepted by some states as a legal system. In some countries around the world, while resolving disputes by arbitration, Islamic law rules are applied. In Turkish Law, there is no obstacle to the application of Islamic law rules in the settlement of disputes through arbitration.
