Abstract
The relationship between derivations and algebraic structures of quotient near-rings has become a fascinating topic in modern algebra in recent decades. Assume N is a near-ring and P is its prime ideal. In this paper we introduce the notion of (α, τ )-P-derivation in near-rings. Also, we study the structure of the quotient near-rings N /P that satisfies certain algebraic identities involving (α, τ )-P-derivation.
