  • Abstract
This paper explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on nursing practice, particularly through evidence-based care. AI technologies are revolutionizing clinical decision-making by enabling nurses to analyze vast amounts of patient data, leading to improved outcomes and enhanced efficiency in healthcare delivery. By facilitating early detection of health issues and personalizing treatment plans, AI empowers nurses to provide tailored care that meets patient’s individual needs. Additionally, the integration of AI streamlines administrative tasks, allowing nurses to focus more on direct patient interaction, thereby reducing burnout and increasing job satisfaction. However, the adoption of AI in nursing also presents challenges, including data privacy concerns, ethical considerations, and the need for ongoing education and training. This paper emphasizes the importance of addressing these challenges while embracing AI’s potential to enhance nursing practice. Ultimately, the collaboration between AI and nursing holds the promise of a more efficient, effective, and compassionate healthcare system, positioning nurses as pivotal players in the future.
