Abstract
Using 12-azidododecyl (beta)-mannoside, we successfully immobilized azido glycoside onto a sensor chip by either the Staudinger reaction or reduction of azido group followed by condensation reaction. Specific binding of Concanavalin A to the sensor chip proved immobilization of the glycoside by either method.
