Abstract :
Fine powders of Sm2Fe17N were stabilized by microcapsulation with the In and Zn metals produced via photochemical decomposition of In(C2H5)3 and Zn(C2H5)2 under UV light irradiation and were molded to high-performance In metal-bonded magnets with the highest (BH) value of 144 kJm for H = 0.66 MAm among the metal-bonded Sm Fe N magnets reported up to date.
