Abstract :
Cu2S nanoribbons with width of 60–80 nm, length of 200–500 nm, and average thickness of about 8 nm were prepared by means of a simple solid-state reaction at room temperature without surfactants. The product was characterized by various techniques of XRD, XPS, TEM, HRTEM, and UV–vis spectra.
