Abstract :
Reaction of NiCl2·4H2O with citric acid and pyrazine affords a new three-dimensional (3-D) porous coordination polymer, which adopts a pillared layer structure with (4^26^28^2)(46^48)2 topology and contains 3-D intersected channels.
