K(alpha)1-K(alpha)2 characteristic of a parabolic graded multilayer

Variations of the line shape of the K(alpha)1-K(alpha)2 doublet beam reflected from a parabolic graded multilayer were analysed by ray tracing and rocking-curve measurements.
