Kinematical two-dimensional multiple-diffraction intensity profiles. Application to (omega)-(psi) scans obtained with Cu K(alpha) radiation

Expressions for the calculation of (omega)-(psi) scans are derived within the framework of the kinematical theory. The theoretical result is compared with the Cu K(alpha) multiple-diffraction pattern of diamond.
