Preparation of Al2O3 carriers in an integrated mini pilot unit

Key factors for integrated pilot preparation of different Al2O3 carriers are presented in this work. Physicochemical properties of the intermediate and final products, and interaction between bench and pilot scale and engineering data of the pilot equipment are provided as a guidance for the installation and operation of mini pilot plants that can be used for the preparation of carriers or catalysts.
