Abstract :
The axial dispersion coefficient, representative of the hydrodynamic behaviour of a fluidised bed, is determined by the model method. This method must be able to simulate the model. Therefore, a discretisation by orthogonal collocation is performed. Then, this determination is carried out in a fluidised bed, which tries to simulate an anaerobic biogas generation by a chemical reaction on the particles throughout the reactor length.
