Abstract :
The lipopolysaccharide (LPS) side chain from Pseudomonas
syringae pv. tabaci strain NCPPB 79 (¼CFBP
1615) contained l- and d-rhamnose, and GlcNAc.
Using methylation analysis, periodate oxidation, Smith
degradation and 1H- and 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance
spectroscopy, the repeat unit was found to have
