Property law: itʹs physical—and logical

The government may require an owner of private property to cede rights to that property in order to serve the greater public good, but it may not do so without ensuring just compensation to the owner. Compensation for forced access to wires that reflects only the ownerʹs embedded costs is not even facially adequate.
