Abstract :
China expects demand for electricity to quadruple over the next 20 years, bringing with it economic growth and improved quality of life for millions. However, critical analysis of a number of key resource and infrastructure issues suggests that meeting this demand for electricity may be Chinaʹs highest hurdle to continued economic development.
