Improving NERC Transmission Loading Relief Procedures

NERCʹs curtailment procedure can be significantly improved by curtailing more of those transactions with a bigger influence on the congested flowgates, and by curtailing multilateral packaged transactions as a package rather than on a bilateral basis.
