The Progress of a Modern Director-General: (with apologies to Gilbert and Sullivan)

An occasional verse written on Sept. 30, 2003 by Alex Henney, with assistance from people of likeminded ilk, to commemorate the move of Ofgem’s Director-General, Callum McCarthy, to a new post as Chairman of the Financial Services Authority (FSA), where he will no doubt wreak on Britain’s savings similar reforms to those he has made in electricity.
