Gorman demand systems and lie transformation groups: A reply

Jerison has demonstrated an integrable non-full rank Gorman demand system whose income compensation function is not a Lie group. In this case also, however, as in all cases of integrable Gorman systems, the integrability conditions are a consequence of Lieʹs theorems on the generators of the Lie groups on the real line.
