The probability of a Condorcet winner with a small number of voters

The Condorcet winner in an election is that candidate who could defeat each of the remaining candidates in a series of pairwise elections by majority rule. This study considers the probability that a Condorcet winner exists for a small number of voters under the impartial anonymous culture condition.
