Endogenizing labor–leisure choice: investment and the relative price of non-traded goods

In a Dutch-disease model, we endogenize the capital stock and labor–leisure choice offering more flexibility on the supply side than previous studies which endogenize the capital stock only. Our conclusions differ significantly from earlier models in that even when the non-traded goods sector is capital intensive the capital stock in the new steady state does not necessarily increase.
