Breast and chest wall reconstruction by latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap (238 cases)

This paper reports on 238 reconstructive procedures which have utilized the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap in a series of 235 patients. Techniques and factors affecting outcome are presented.
