Tamoxifen therapy for cyclical mastalgia: dose randomized trial

This study compares 10 and 20 mg of tamoxifen given between days 15 to 25 of the menstrual cycle to 301 women with breast pain. Both doses reduced breast pain, but 10 mg produced significantly less side-effects.
