Abstract :
The human oxyurid or pinworm, Enterobius Vermicularis, is usually found within the gastrointestinal tract. Worms have also been described in anatomically related organs. We report the serendipitous finding of active infection of breast tissue with enterobius vermicularis in a patient who underwent a mastectomy for carcinoma of the breast.
