Abstract
The breast is a rare site for sarcoidosis. Previous reports describe breast parenchymal lesions usually presenting as a palpable mass. A case of sarcoidosis in an intramammary lymph node detected on screening mammograms as unusual microcalcification is presented. The differential diagnosis of the mammographic appearance is discussed.
