Rates of the First Period of Air-Solar Drying

Based on the model of water evaporation from a free surface, the problem of determination of the heating temperature and drying rate for the first period of airsolar drying is considered. It is solved by the method of analogy of heat and mass exchange processes. The procedure and results can be applied to finding the parameters of other types of solar driers.
