Abstract :
Heat-engineering parameters of a domestic solar absorption refrigerating unit without a perforated tube, with a working fluid of Ca[NH3]gCI^, and shaped as a cylinder of a certain porosity, were investigated. Using Ca[NH3] 8Cl2 tablets under the same conditions and in the same volume of the solar absorber generator of the solar unit raised the refrigeration output by a factor of 2-2.5 and the energy conversion coefficient by a factor of 2.5 for 10 h (daytime).
