Abstract :
An extra-axial ependymoma extending from the left cerebellopontine corner to the Meckelʹs cave is reported. This lesionʹs clinical, radiological, and histological characteristics are presented. This tumorʹs infrequent extra-axial location, extension to the Meckelʹs cave and possible origin are discussed.
