Lymphangiographic study of pelvic adenopathy regression in a phase II trial of methyl-hydroxy-ellipticine in HIV1-AIDS complex

An intralymphatic injection of methyl-hydroxy-ellipticine at the dose of 50 mg was able to reduce, in an advanced AIDS patient, the viral load by half and the pelvic adenopathy, evaluated with lymphangiography, by a third.
