Release study of drugs from liposomic dispersions using differential pulse polarography

Differential pulse polarography (DPP) was used for non-destructive monitoring of chlorothiazide (CHT) released from dehydration-rehydration liposomal vesicles (DRV) prepared from egg phosphadicholine (PC), dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) and distearoylphosphatidylcholine (DSPC) and negatively-charged liposomes with the addition of phosphatidic acid (PA) to PC, DSPC and DPPC lipids.
