Unusual presentation of Pagetʹs disease of the maxilla

Pagetʹs disease is a disorder of bone metabolism that is relatively common in the elderly population. The jaw bones are affected in 17% of cases. A case of maxillary involvement with unusual clinical and radiographic findings is presented.
