Video-assisted thoracoscopic management of primary pericardial Hodgkinʹs lymphoma

Primary pericardial Hodgkinʹs disease is extremely rare, increasingly so in the decades of modern imaging. We illustrate one of these atypical presentations, with absent mediastinal lymphadenectomy and with pericardial effusion successfully managed by video-assisted thorascopic surgery (VATS).
