Abstract :
The rheological behavior of starch¯DMSO¯water solutions was monitored using a cone-plate rheometer at different temperatures and concentrations. A solvent ratio DMSO/water=80/20 was used and viscosity was correlated with temperature through the Arrhenius equation.
