WHEREAS, Housekeeping revisions are determined to be language additions or deletions, and phrase or clause transpositions, which more succinctly state and clarify the intent and effect of the Collegeʹs Bylaws; and
WHEREAS, The following changes would make current Bylaws more consistent with College practices and procedures; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the ACEP Bylaws be amended as shown in Attachment A.
