Abstract :
The results of calculations of charged particle induced reaction cross sections for the production of radioisotopes 201Tl, 201Pb and 201Bi and for the competing reactions are discussed. The excitation functions for the 202Hg(p, xn), 197Au(α, xn), 203, 205Tl(p,xn), 203,205Tl(p,xn), 204Pb(p, 4n), 204Pb(p, p3n), 206Pb(p, 6n), 206Pb(p, p5n), 207Pb7p, 7n), 207Pb(p, p6n), 208Pb(p, 8n) and 208Pb(p, p7n) reactions are calculated by the ALICE-87 code on the basis of a statistical model in the energy range up to 90 MeV. The comparison with the experimental data on the reaction cross section for 23 reactions shows that the approach used gives satisfactory results for most reactions except (p, pxn) on natural Tl, (α, n) and partially (dxn). The STAPRE code was used for the calculations of the isomer state excitation functions and some other reactions.
