Abstract :
The modification of β2-microglobulin by coupling of DTPA groups and subsequent labelling with 111In is described. Purification steps are an ultrafiltration following reaction of the protein with DTPA dianhydride and a gel chromatography of the labelled product. [111In]DTPA-β2-microglobulin is obtained with a radiochemical yield of 37%.
