Application of luminescent materials to encoding in authorized access systems

Based on the analysis of existing means of encoding, storage and protection of information, it is argued that optical encoding has a great potential for applications. The use of luminophors for the development of information encoding systems is discussed. An optical encoding system for access differentiation is developed and recommendations for its use are given.
