Abstract :
The synthesis of some new inorganic pigments has been investigated. Emphasis was placed on the preparation of heat-resistant pigments by high-temperature calcination of CeO2 and Pr6O11 and on a determination of the optimum conditions for pigment formation. The pigments were examined for their structures, colour and ability to dye ceramic glazes.
